Broadacre Farm Hand - Waikerie SA

Located in the beautiful town of Waikerie in South Australia, an exciting opportunity is available for a Broadacre Farm Hand. As a member of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the management of the farm's broadacre cropping operations. Position may suit a semi-retired person on a casual basis, or someone who wants to develop their career full time

Mitolo Family Farms are seeking a cereal cropping operator and general farm hand preferably experienced in all aspects of broadacre operations including seeding, spraying and harvesting. In the quieter periods you may have the opportunity to work with our experienced potato and onion teams in land preparation, growing and harvesting.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Interest &/or experience in cereal crops

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Willing to work extended hours during peak periods

• Be reliable & punctual

• Chemcert qualification would be preferred
