We are a family run farming enterprise specialising in grass seed production, as well as running upwards of 600 head of cattle and a small number of sheep (trading focused).

We are seeking an experienced all-round farm hand to join the team at our Manilla farm. The role includes general farm maintenance, livestock husbandry, irrigation, spraying and harvesting.

Applicants need to be self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently. Our farm is located around 60km from Tamworth in Upper Manilla, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on livestock management & stock feeding

  • Machinery operations (tractors, headers)

  • Chemical application

  • Fencing & general property maintenance

Key Requirements

  • Must have experience working with cattle – low stress handling

  • Operate modern machinery to implement fencing, sowing, spraying and farm maintenance with care and safety.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative

  • Drivers license a must and heavy vehicles license and Chemical certificate an advantage

  • Basic computer skills and good record keeping skills

This is a full time position offering generous above award wage (Pastoral Award) for the right applicant.
