Hillston Workforce Pty Ltd is currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Fruit Pickers to join our team in Griffith, Wagga Wagga & Riverina, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing agricultural workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Harvesting a variety of fruits in accordance with quality and production standards.
Sorting and packing harvested produce.
Adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines.
Working efficiently in a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Previous experience in fruit picking or agricultural work is advantageous but not essential.
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Work Schedule:
Work is available 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, for a minimum of 30 hours a week. However, sometimes work will also be available on weekends.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rates ranging from $30 - $40 per hour.
