Job Description:
Mitolo Family Farms is currently seeking a Road Train Driver for their farm located in Hillston, NSW. The successful candidate will report directly to the Harvest Supervisor and will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of fresh produce from the farm to the packing site.
Responsibilities:
Transport farm produce from paddock to packshed within a 35km radius and return home every night
Maintain impeccable driving record history
Accurately complete related freight and truck paperwork
Undergo pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol screening
Meet the eligibility requirements of Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted working rights
Up-skill from HR & HC License to MC License
Requirements:
Hold a current Multi Combination (MC) driving license for more than one year
Have a High Risk Forklift License or willing to undergo training
Willing to work on a casual basis
Physically fit and capable of working in demanding conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
