We are seeking hardworking and physically fit Vegetable Pickers to join our team in Pearcedale, VIC. As a Vegetable Picker, you will manually harvest a variety of vegetables and mixed leafy greens on our farm. You may also be involved in preparing produce for distribution in our indoor packing facility. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Harvest vegetables manually, ensuring careful handling to avoid damage
Weed crops, prune trees, and perform other farm-related tasks as required
Prepare produce for distribution in our packing facility
Follow instructions and adhere to quality assurance processes
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain good communication
Requirements:
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and bend for extended periods
Quick learning ability to adapt to new processes and instructions
Strong teamwork skills and effective communication
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Experience in vegetable picking is preferred but not essential
No specific qualifications required
