The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM)
The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme allows people from Pacific island countries and Timor-Leste to work in unskilled, low-skilled, and semi-skilled jobs in rural and regional Australia for up to 3 years. You can join the PALM scheme, which includes the Seasonal Worker Programme (SWP) and the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS), through a single application.
How do I become a seasonal worker in Australia?
The Seasonal Worker Programme (SWP) is a short-term migration pathway for low-skilled workers from nine Pacific countries and Timor-Leste to work in Australia. You must be invited by an Australian employer who is a Temporary Activities Sponsor to participate in the Seasonal Worker Program.
