Australian visas
There are several Australian visa types you can choose from. The Visitor visa allows you to visit Australia, either for tourism or business purposes. Working holiday visas are valid for one year, or up to three years if you meet certain conditions. If you intend to study in Australia, you will need to apply for a Student Visa. Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482)
The Temporary Skill Shortage visa is for skilled workers who want to work in Australia temporarily. TSS 482 visa holders can work in Australia in their nominated occupation for their approved sponsor. This visa is valid for either one to four years, depending on your nominated occupation, the visa stream and your circumstances. If eligible, you can apply for a permanent residence visa.
Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)
The Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (SESR) visa (subclass 494) is a provisional employer-sponsored visa allows you to study, live or work in Australia for a maximum period of 5 years. The SESR visa enables regional employers to address identified labour shortages within their region by sponsoring skilled workers where employers can’t source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.
