Responsibilities:
Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops according to the seasonal schedule.
Harvesting crops efficiently and with attention to quality standards.
Feeding and tending to animals on the farm.
Cleaning stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a hygienic environment.
Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery.
Participating in the packing and processing of harvested produce.
Assisting in the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems.
Following all safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in farming or agriculture is an asset, but not mandatory.
Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different aspects of vegetable farming.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
