As a Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating farm machinery, including spraying, paddock preparation, planting, spreading, cartage, and harvest. You will work with the newest equipment and innovative technology, and observe and monitor crop health and progress.

You will be based in Mawarra, situated in the eastern wheatbelt region of Western Australia, approximately 30km east of Merredin and 300km east of Perth. The Mawarra aggregation covers an impressive 24,000 arable ha and has demonstrated an ability to deliver above-target operating returns.

If you have a demonstrated track-record of employment in a dryland/broadacre cropping operation, experience operating large-scale cropping plant and equipment, and a strong focus on safety, then we would like you to be a part of our successful farm team. You should have a current driver’s license, a current chemical user’s certificate and/or truck license or be open to obtaining one through us.
