Salary: $55,000 - $63,000 + rent allowance + vehicle
Company Overview:
Ramsay Agriculture is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team at the "Umtali" property, situated on the edge of Bridport with frontage to Adam’s Beach and Little Forrester River. We are a progressive operation running 6,000 composite ewes and breeding around 8,000 lambs. The successful candidate will work closely with the property manager, contributing to stockwork, fencing, and occasional tractor driving for paddock preparation.
Job Description:
Assist with stockwork and fencing
Occasional tractor driving for paddock preparation
Work closely with the property manager at the "Umtali" property
Adhere to best practice techniques in livestock management
Maintain a commitment to Ramsay Agriculture's values of openness, positive and caring people, ongoing learning/improvement, and results-driven approach
Desirable Skills:
Livestock operation experience (drenching, working sheep)
Fencing experience
Tractor driving experience
Working dogs
Willingness to learn and work with Agriwebb
Essential Requirements:
Current driver's license
Commitment to Ramsay Agriculture's values
Commitment to a long-term role
Remuneration:
Remuneration is based on experience and/or qualifications. A rental allowance may be provided based on experience. Please note that accommodation is not available with this position.
