TranEx Solar Pty Ltd, a leading renewable energy company, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Piling Rig Operator to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. As a Piling Rig Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of piling machines and driving pile sections to required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various piling machines, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Drive pile sections to required specifications, while meeting production targets
Plan daily crew activities and manage personnel performance
Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient work progress and adherence to project timelines
Maintain piling machines and other equipment to a high standard, including daily pre-starts and checks
Problem solve constraints and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Ensure adherence to safety practices and regulations at all times
Skills & Competencies:
Previous experience in pile driving, preferably within the renewable energy industry
Strong work ethic, time management skills, and attention to detail
Ability to lead a high-performance team and communicate effectively
Valid driver's license and construction safety white card
Physically fit and able to work in a field-based environment
