Tasks
We are seeking a dedicated Vegetable Farm Worker to join our team in producing high-quality vegetables for our community. As a Vegetable Farm Worker, you will be responsible for grading, greenhouse cleaning, hand harvesting vegetables, planting, cultivating, irrigating, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting crops, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, as well as examining produce for quality and preparing it for market.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable agriculture, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in agriculture is an asset but not required.
