Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: West Auckland, New Zealand
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our talented team of engineers in Auckland. You will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients, primarily located in Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support remotely and at client sites
Implement and support servers, networks, backups, security systems, and operating systems
Deliver end-user support both remotely and on-site
Contribute to after-hours support and be part of the 24/7 on-call roster
Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions
Proactively identify and resolve network issues
Take ownership of client support issues and provide proactive solutions
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role
Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Windows Desktop, Infrastructure, Office 365, Azure, and VoIP phones
Experience with backups, firewalls, antivirus, and security products
Excellent client service and communication skills
Ability to devise solutions for clients' networks
Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications
Experience with ShadowProtect and/or WatchGuard
