Join our team as a Tractor Driver for an esteemed agricultural contracting company based in Waimate. As a Tractor Driver, you will operate modern Fendt and Valtra tractors, contributing to precision planting, direct drilling, boom spraying, and cultivation tasks.

Job Details:

  • Seasonal work from September to December, with the option to continue on a cropping farm from December to March

  • Competitive hourly rate of $30+ (depending on experience)

  • Base rate + 8% holiday pay

  • Approximately 70 hours per week (subject to weather conditions)

  • Accommodation provided for employees

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tractor driving and farm operations

  • Familiarity with precision planting, direct drilling, boom spraying, and cultivation techniques

  • Ability to operate Topcon GPS systems (for spray operator role)

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
