Are you a motivated individual with strong mechanical and workshop skills? We have an excellent opportunity for an Agricultural Spray Operator to join our client's dynamic agricultural business in North Canterbury. As a valued member of their team, you will play a key role in the daily operations and contribute to their continued success.
Responsibilities:
Operate spray trucks equipped with modern GPS systems and autosteer technology
Perform general farm duties, including stock work, tractor operation, and maintenance tasks
Support the smooth functioning of the business by assisting with various tasks
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
Requirements:
Experience with heavy vehicles
A Class 2 driver's license
Farm experience preferred, but mechanical/workshop skills are also considered
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Benefits:
Highly competitive remuneration ranging from $30 to $40 per hour based on ability and experience
Spring work hours typically 8-12 hours a day, 6 days a week
